I have a Windows 11 mchine and 4070Ti with the DP cable supplied. Not sure is the seller was aware of this issue when it is sold as the isue is apprently well known when googling it. At 120Hz it works fine. CA not very supportive of even providing a discount as the support inidicated I received a 22% eBay discount - this does not fix the issue.
