      A+++ Works Perfectly as a replacement for 41C4220A. I removed the part on top, what looks to be a guide. As my opener only had one sprocket, I had to modify the plastic chain guide on my opener so the top sprocket wouldn't hit it. Only took off a little plastic with a dremel. I could of used the sprocket/rod from my opener, but I wanted to use a new sprocket. It is well worth the $.

      Just wanted to say thank you for the great feedback and to say that I too used this one as a replacement for the 4220A. Although I went ahead and used the chain spreader and roller too and tossed the old plastic cover.
