Excellent superautomatic coffee machine!

This is my second Saeco Xelsis. The first unit worked for 7 years. Very good quality! Both were purchased on Ebay! Loving the shopping experience here. Make sure you know how to clean and lubricate the brew unit. Make sure you maintain it regularly as it has lots of moving parts. Check out youtube videos on how to do it for all similar Saeco machines.

The Saeco Xelsis is a winner!

I am a Saeco person. This is my third Saeco in 30 years and my favorite so far. It brews great coffee, lattes and cappuccinos. I love the fully automatic with the ability to fine tune the amount of milk, water, coffee, grind etc. Setting the personal profiles with the exact amounts for each person's preference is a joy with each cup that is brewed. This machine is also very attractive, real kitchen "jewelry" ;) I like the sleek profile, smaller than the two previous models I owned (Royal Digital Plus and Royal Digital Cappuccino). Being able to fill the milk pitcher/dispenser and keep it ready to go in the refrigerator is also a plus.

Love this!

This is everything we were looking for in a fully automatic coffee machine. So easy to use and it’s very stylish looking too. My only complaint would be that the coffee could be hotter.
