East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, Post Office is unbelievably slow, but this was not a fault of the seller. The packaging was damaged in the Post Office equipment and apparently the Post Office had to repackage it in order to get it delivered, which somehow took several weeks for them to accomplish.
