Because I am not computer literate, I called their helpline. When I explained my situation, she put in a ticket, and shortly after, a tech called to get control of my computer and install it quickly. Wonderful experience!!

One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

A glitch was a rear bezel was out of place making ports inaccessible. I suspect this was from someone being in the case removing or changing components. I took the motherboard mounting screws out and got enough clearance to reseat the bezel and put it back together.
