I'm so glad I found this! My Synology DS1515+ tray latch broke and I could only find replacement trays for $40+ online. Luckily someone on reddit mentioned this listing. The package came with a latch remover tool that made replacement super easy -- took 2 minutes. And now I have a bunch of additional latches in case my other tray latches break. Highly recommended for anyone with the same issue.
