MY MISTAKE. I mixed up reviews of 2 items that didn't arrive. This is my accurate review:
Seller said they were sending a screenshot of mailing receipt that was not included. When I asked them to re-send screenshot, the response was "appears to be lost in the mail" refund issued. Felt suspicious.
