    PAIR THIS UP WITH THE VOLQUARTSEN HAMMER KIT FOR A WINNING COMBINATION

    I installed the target trigger kit along with their hammer kit and made my 10/22 a real tack driver at 100 yards. It's smooth, crisp and has a light touch short trigger pull. It has an adjustable set screw that will limit trigger travel after you pull the trigger. Highly recommended to install the hammer kit as a pair. Nice upgrade from the factory setup. Check youtube videos on how to install and results.

    Lateral movement issue

    There was a shim included in the pack and no instructions anyplace on the assembly with the shim. I installed per you tube videos and get a bad left-right play in the trigger. I'm sure the shim would correct this but good luck trying to install it. My original does not have the play, nor a shim, seems like a poor fix to an undersized part.

    Great trigger

    it's an awesome trigger. I wish it was $10 cheaper but it's worth it. It has a thick matte coating on it. I own 2 of these already. I couldn't get the little washers in place but it works great still. Combine with a Volquartsen hammer and it's soooo much better. With the hammer kit, only change the hammer and not all the extra parts.

    Nice upgrade!

    It fit well with the shims. I put it in a stock trigger housing to replace the plastic trigger. It feels and looks good and the finish is great. It installed easy with no modifications. To get the shims on either side of the trigger, I installed he trigger in the housing and held the housing on the side and backed the pin out and slid the shim along the housing and lined it up and reinserted the pin then flipped it over and repeated. The overtravel screw felt a little loose so I did put some blue thread lock on the threads and fitted it. It makes a big difference.

    Awesome hammer and trigger kit. You get a great trigger!

    Parts are well made and selected .They fit as they should . You are instructed to use step by step instructions on a website . I found a video which I think was a little more helpful. Installation was easy enough with simple hand tools. The finished trigger when adjusted is light, has a crisp break and no take up . This is not necessary for the every day 10/22 rifle but if your looking for a nice target grade trigger for that special rifle that you can do yourself, don't look any further. Great bang for the buck . Money well spent. I will buy again . Excellent product.
