Right of the start, case was delayed because not in stocks. Made me mad but they contacted me next day and informed me. The case arrived in a reasonable time (but after first date stated). Then was not happy because it's not real carbon fiber, it's tpu with carbon image. There post said " carbon fiber case" There services department was quick to respond and solve this matter. Lots of these sellers don't even respond. I'd say it's a good company/seller to deal with.
