The phone arrived quickly and was exactly as presented on here. I’ve been having a blast using it for pokémon go. There has been a slight technological hiccup or two but 1. that just comes with the territory and 2. the seller has been responsive to my questions and has been very helpful since I am not the most tech-skilled person. They even included a phone case and charger, and the phone came in its’ original box! Great seller.

The device arrived as described, but I had a software issue I was hoping the seller would help with. Unfortunately, the seller was not very helpful and gave me blatantly false information. If you are okay with having no support after purchase, I can recommend this seller, but if you, like me, are looking for some level of support after the purchase, I would look elsewhere.

Another case of eBay's feedback abuser! The buyer threatened to leave negative feedback unless I supported an app that wasn't compatible. I recommended an alternative, newer app included with the item, which works fine. I clarified that my responsibility to ensure the item functions as described and appears as pictured is fully fulfilled according to eBay seller policies. Blackmailing with negative feedback and making excessive demands that aren't part of the sale are against eBay's policies.
