2 of the surrounds came discolored so contacted the seller who clearly had no customer service skills. Asked for the 2 surrounds to be replaced discolored 2 could be collected was told return the whole order and I would get a refund (but I wouldn’t get the £7.70) I paid for the postage. Was accused of being a scammer even tho I tried to explain I’ve nothing to gain as I’ve asked for the 2 surrounds to be replaced and the 2 discolored ones could be taken back? I was a repeat buyer NEVER AGAIN.
