    Do your research first... but this can be mind-blowing.

    Do your research first. This can only be used in PCIe x16 slots bifurcated to 4x4x4x4. So your Motherboard must have two x16 slots; one for your GPU and one for this storage option. Also check your BIOS allows you to set the bifurcation needed on one of those x16 slots. Lastly the card is extraordinarily long. Double check your case can hold this. With all that said, when deployed with four NVMe drives, the IOPS is mind blowing. I use it for a caching and cube storage on a GIS application. It is hardware RAID for some of the fastest Storage available to the common SysAdmin. Pair it with a fast GPU and you have a screaming-fast transoding Plex server. You can edit and scrub video in real-time. 8-O

    Ultra fast SSD drive

    Even though it was listed as no drive, there were 2 512GB drives installed. I installed more drives, and they are around 10 times faster than a regular SATA SSD. The unit looked brand new, and was packaged well, in the orginal HP box. VERY pleased!

    Well built and as fast as your nvme will allow. I paid $125 for a new unit - awesome deal.

    Very nice device. Fits in z440. Speedy. No drivers needed, it just works. Boots fine. RAID is software only (Windows) or just populate and use as multiple separate storage volumes.
