    The seller was not so great with the transaction for this preorder, not only did the pre-order take a really long time to ship but the price was very high. I requested a refund before the item was shipped and the seller refused to give me a refund unless I cancel the refund first which everyone should know means that if you cancel a refund eBay will not back you up. Sounds like the seller was trying to scam some money. I had to ask eBay to step in because the seller just wouldn't issue a refund.

    The buyer was agree with the pre order price, then back up few days later, and request for return even I didnt even ship the Item, I told him just cancel the case then Ill help him to cancel it and get refund, he dont know how ebay work when the case open you cant issue refund to buyer. this such a headache for some people dont understand the process.

    10’ Intex Pool

    I bought this one for our autistic grandson, he is very active and doesn’t rest for one second, I keep repeating a thousand times don’t grab rail and don’t bite, but it only lasts a second. This pool holds up to his abuse , so I must admit it holds up very well. Only thing I would add to anyone buying this is that the pump is very weak. If it holds up , when I take it down for the winter months and put it back up I might invest in a better pump. Other than that the pool is a great purchase!

    Weak pump

    I just installed it in my backyard and I love it and so do my daughters, the only downside is the pump, it seems to weak for the size of the pool, if somebody upgraded theirs to a bigger pump please give me tips on which one to buy. Other than that everything is fine!!

    Pool Me in my Yard!

    Great little pool for Gramma and kids. Small enough for my yard and big enough for me to cool off. Definitely needed two people to set up and a little site prep first, but I am sure that will make it last longer on settled ground. The plastic liner seems heavy enough to avoid stress rips and the frame is sturdy.

    Great way to cool off at home!

    The pool was easy to put together. It is quite spacious and comfortable. Just put a tarp under the lining for extra comfort. The pump went after a small amount of usage, needs to have a better pump with a better cartridge. That’s the main complaint. The pump isn’t very good.
