The item does not fit and now the seller does not want to respond to my issue. It was guaranteed to fit my 2011 Chevy Impala, but doesn’t fit.  hopefully I can add the photos of it not fitting when the mechanic gets to his shop this morning.

When the rack and pinion was delivered i opened the box and it was already leaking. I made a return order but Mr. Jack contacted me and asked me to cancel the order and he would send me a replacement rack, but he stopped responding so now im stuck with some mess that doesn’t work.

Sorry about that , YES , we test all our parts before shipping , we try to get all the fluid out , but , we can not do it 100% , so some fluids stays inside the rack and we cap them but still fluid sips through the box, 06/04/2024
