    My pocket pal.

    This is a well balanced, good looking knife, with three distinctly useful blades. I like the way it feels in my pocket as I roll it round and round in my hand. Its blades were all well sharpened on arrival and the construction is clean and close fitted so that the folding and unfolding of the blades feels under control. I couldn't be happier.

    Good Knife & Fair price

    I use and collect new & used Schrades. I purchased one of these for my collection and another for daily use because the ironwood handle is really nice. It catches the light and shows really nice character.

    Old Timer Model 80TW

    This a great pocket knife for the traditional user, it has large strong blades with a great looking handle. It might be a little larger than desired for your front pants pocket, in which case look to the 1080T.

    A new interpretation of a time-honored tradition

    More than 40 years ago, my grandfather gave me an Old Timer 8OT pocket knife. I carried it with me for many years, keeping the blades sharp and free of rust. It was a prized possession of the type that should be handed from one generation to the next. The Old Timer 8OTW carries on that tradition. Some would argue that there hasn't been a genuine Old Timer knife made since the parent company, Schrade, went out of business in 2004. While the brand has lived on under other owners, the knives are no longer made in the United States. Like so many other things, they are now made in China. It seems to be well made.     A little different!

    This isn’t the usual Old Timer knife. Wooden bolsters instead of plastic or bone. It’s sharp and looks well made. For the price it’s difficult to beat.
