I wrote another email asking them to reconsider. I am 88 years old need the llighter vacuuReply from: ecomtec- Feedback replied by seller ecomtec.- Feedback replied by seller ecomtec.Dear buyer, the order came in over the weekend and we shipped the package on Monday. There was enough time for you to reconsider and after the shipping, there is no way for us to cancel the order. Our return policy is explained on the same webpage.
