    The seller was not so great with the transaction for this preorder, not only did the pre-order take a really long time to ship but the price was very high. I requested a refund before the item was shipped and the seller refused to give me a refund unless I cancel the refund first which everyone should know means that if you cancel a refund eBay will not back you up. Sounds like the seller was trying to scam some money. I had to ask eBay to step in because the seller just wouldn't issue a refund.

    The buyer was agree with the pre order price, then back up few days later, and request for return even I didnt even ship the Item, I told him just cancel the case then Ill help him to cancel it and get refund, he dont know how ebay work when the case open you cant issue refund to buyer. this such a headache for some people dont understand the process.
