      Good value

      Compared to the strips bought at the pharmacy, these are significantly cheaper. Overall they do a good job. However, the strips from "Breathe Right" still do compare better in quality with stronger uplift force.

      These have changed

      The newer adhesive seems to leave less residue on the nose in the morning, but having to get through the very strong chemical smell of these is no fun. I found if you take off the main wrapper and leave them out for 3 or 4 days they outgas enough to not smell as bad by they time they're ready for use. I won't buy these anymore, I'm not confident the adhesive is chemically safe for use on the skin.

      Great product! Well made!

      works very good at opening the air passages for better nose breathing which also helps keep my sinuses clear. Very happy with them. My only problem was it took a couple days for my skin to get used to the removal part in the mornings. Do great with that now.

      How To Use These Properly

      If you apply--and remove--these correctly, they will work great: Nose and hands should be clean and dry when applying. Never let your fingers tough the sticky part. When removing, soak the strip with water, so that it slides off - if you hastily rip it off, then you will have a scab and won't be able to use another one for days.

      A better nasal strip at lower cost.

      I find the Better Breath nasal strip to work just as well as the name brand when correctly applied. It is more comfortable to wear and easier to remove. A really better value for the money.
