fast shipping. hat is folded to ship but can be reshaped with some steam and effort. I would call this size a 7-1/4 to 7-3/8. With the drawstring it can be adjusted to a 7 but you are better off using foam tucked in the sweatband.this is a good disposable sun shade that can be crushed and rolled and survive a few seasons. respectable fashion.
