I do not generally leave ratings on eBay as anything less than 5 is taken the same as zero and I do not give perfect ratings for just normal business practice. Wanda has gone above and beyond in all the rating areas. She was very helpful as I was asking about the power chair and knew what I was talking about as she has been in a power chair for 11 years. She readily determined what changes needed to be made to the chair and did them. She then delivered the chair and made sure it fit right.
