Replaced on a 2008 Avalanche
Have ordered from Detroit axle a few times now & for the most part I've been very satisfied with their parts. These shocks fit great & so far perform very well. They looked like a much better build quality than the old ones that I took off the truck. The old ones were not factory Bilstein's though. Ride quality is great, we have some pretty rough roads here in the Northeast, so time will tell how long they last. Installation was easy & the fit is great. If you are on a budget, Detroit axle parts are the way to go without spending a ton of money. Good shocks for the money
