Item arrived damaged by some Royal Mail retard! item nicely packaged, FRAGILE FRAGILE tape all over the parcel. Yet RM decided to sling it 10 feet over a gate and declare it as safely delivered to a safe place.
I found it in the morning, wet and crushed.
Left my comments on eBay and within the hour hour had a telephone call from Steve Webb Models, apologising and offering to replace the model kit.
Not their fault, but really appreciated their response to this. TOP TOP TOP seller, very impressed
