    Light, thin phone with an excellent screen (but some drawbacks too).

    The LG Marquee has a bit of a mixed reputation among Sprint users, but after using it for the past few weeks, I'd like to say I'm happy with it. It's comfortably thin and light, and feels crisply responsive to input (albeit, this is from my perspective as an upgrading former WM6 user). Still, I have some criticisms, including a difficult initial setup was quite troublesome, due to multiple glitches encountered migrating from Windows Mobile (hence 2 stars off of "Ease of Use"). Battery life is mediocre, with the phone needing frequent charging with modest usage. Earlier this month (April), the phone received a minor firmware update, version "LS855ZVC" (unfortunately, it most likely will never receive an official Android version upgrade, as Sprint is already beginning to phase out this ...

    lg marquee well done period cheap on ebay!!!

    this is a good smartpho period straight android thats what i love about this pho pic and video good to look at people always complainting about battery life first u need to learn how to get the most out of your battery by testing it first then go to setting and to the market place to increase the life of the battery first after that than give your review then first of all think smart buy 1 or 2 extra batterys with a wall charge for them it will make things so much easier learn your pho from top to bottom and get a full protection case for it think smart buy cheap off ebay and have a good day and nite!!! gtoexpress

    Great screen, solid Android phone

    Although the Marquee can be a little slow in maneuvering between tasks, the screen is gorgeous and call quality is fantastic. This phone is only 3G and has Sprint ID, a system I've never liked, but if you don't have 4G available and don't mind setting up a basic clean interface, it's nice. The camera is good quality, but lags slightly in taking pictures - pretty normal, in my experience, of cell cameras. Overall, I am pleased.

    Great phone, great features, great price.

    I love the Marquee. It has a large screen but is lightweight. The battery life could be better but I think smart phones just drain the battery quicker because of the frequent use. The internal memory is plenty (my last phone was an Optimus). I highly recommend the Marquee.

    Well thought out... good looking phone.

    I find a gem every once in a while, and the LG Marquee is one of them. It is as close to a "Stock" Android phone as you can get outside of the "Nexus" line of phones. No HTC "Sense" or "Motoblur" or Samsungs "Touchwiz", just Android with the apps Sprint throws in. I see a lot of complaints about battery life on this phone and I can't understand why. It is about on par with most mid-range Android phones and should last most moderate users 12-16 hours a charge. The other complaint I here is that it is "only" a 3g phone. Well, reality check, Sprints WiMax 4g is a thing of the past. And if you don't have 4g in your area now, when you do get it, its going to be 4g LTE. Meaning that none of Sprints current (as of 4-6-12) 4g phones will work on it anyway. So HALF of Sprints customers ...
