Unfortunately the outer shipping box was smashed and the inner box with the toner was also damaged and torn but fortunately the insulated foam on the ends of the cartridges protected them from damage. Tray jammed paper couple of times, eventually figured out it was’ t all the way in. A note to alert to push/seat tray all the way in also would help. Yet to see long term performance but, I am positive!!
