Had to answer every email from this user who needs validation. I had 9 emails from him and even though the listing said steel toe, he thought it wasn't because of picture. We even paid for return label even though his mistake. If he did not believe the listed he could have emailed once before instead of 9 times after. Not enough time in day to deal with these type of ungrateful entitled people. If you want a pen pal, go elsewhere
