    Great blade, haven’t tried it in a hip carry mode just on the side of my pack. Blade chops like a good chopper should. Feels really good in my hand, L/R feels the same. I would highly recommended for anyone!

    Good weight to balance

    One complaint is that there is a small defect in the handle, as though someone took a nail, and hit it with a hammer. Also, I feel that the finger guard should be made of steel...not plastic. The box that contains the knife was damaged quite a bit, before shipment. Other than that, I really like the weight and balance of the knife, and the blade length is perfect.

    Good knife

    Steel is adequate for a machete. Strong and durable. Value and quality are excellent. Sheath is versatile, but nut really easy to switch carry positions. I do recommend the knife. I like it.

    Yup, I'd say it's a "keeper".

    Pretty good knife for the money. I just wanted a knock-around knife for my truck, side by side, 4 wheeler. This fits the bill perfectly. Rugged, not flashy, well made, and decent steel, coated for rust resistant. It chops, cuts, and splits with equal effectiveness. I may have to buy a couple more.
