These are USED rails; not "Condition: New." Perhaps "Open Box"... They may not have been used for long, and the ones I received are decent enough, straight, and slide well, but repackaging in similar boxes with the factory foam (not even packed correctly in the foam) with extra bubble wrap and made to look like the boxes were still factory sealed does not mean "Condition: New."

Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.
