    Packaging in a plastic bag I left seller a note asking for packaging well I have a small postal box and mail carriers like to cram items inside. Because of poor packing that’s exactly what happened. I got my full size purse crammed up in a ball inside of a very small mailbox and handles were all twisted and bent up as well as ends of purse. Had it been in a box it would not have fit in my tiny mailbox and postal service would have had to deliver to porch. Messaged seller now ghosted.

    Tote bag was packaged in crisp, clean, new mailer. It was not folded and was well protected. I do not have control over what your post office does with your small post box. You may want to speak with them regarding how they deliver your mail.
