Shipped me a clearly broken part for my washing machine. Not only is it cracked all the way through, but 1 of the 2 screw tabs is snapped off. This was listed as NEW: OPEN BOX and the description said it was taken from a new disassembled washer. That led me to believe the photos were of the actual item, which they were not according to the stamped markings. Deceptive advertising is bad enough, but it extended the time it's taking to do the repair on my washer. Never buying from them again.

Great customer service.
Unfortunately the leggings I purchased arrived with pulled threads and a split down the outside leg. I wrote and sent photos to the seller. They replied to me the very next morning. Aierel refunded me and told me to see if they could be passed to someone who might be able to fix them. So the product wasn’t great but the customer service experience was an “ A “. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.
