Good nutrients that can’t be synthesized
I’m positive if you ate liver a few times per week your health would be vastly improved! These capsules will have to do till I’m brave enough to tackle that organ meat on my plate. These pills have increased my iron levels so I just take 1 a day instead of the recommended.
