Vetericyn Plus - AWESOME
My gelding has a fly allergy that has been horrible this summer. I tried so many things to help heal up the sores, but not much helped. I had the Vetericyn Gel, and when I went to re-order I had ordered the Plus liquid by accident. What a happy accident it turned out to be. I started spraying on my geldings neck and chest, while it won't cure his allergy, it has helped so much with soothing his skin and sores are going away. Works but a real pain!
Because this is a gel the "sprayer" doesn't work. I had to go buy a spray bottle to pour this stuff into. Into a little more "firm" in consistancy than most hand sanitizers. That has pros and cons but I dont care for it personally. I wont buy the gel again, will stick with the liquid. It seems to work just as well however. It would work great on areas you want to apply with your hands. Like around the face for example. No worry of overspray that way.Because this is a gel the "sprayer" doesn't work. I'm the proud owner of two English Bulldogs. Unfortunately, they have a tendency of getting interdigital cysts. I've been using the liquid spray but decided to try the gel and I find it to last longer and keep the sensitive areas on their paws more moisturized. It's also not harmful if they should lick it. They took care to package the bottles so they wouldn't open during shipping. I received them very fast. I tried to order these products from other sites and they wouldn't ship to Puerto Rico.
