    very nice but a lot of work

    Perfect replacements for the worn out/leaking tires on my lawn tractor. However: These were the hardest tires to mount of any I have ever done. The problem is that the sidewalls are bowed - in rather than bowed - out (I presume from packing/sitting). There is at least a three inch gap between the bead and rim. Impossible to add air. The usual trick of squeezing the tread did not work. It finally took trying to seat the bead on the rim (not possible because of the tight fit), temporarily pulling the sidewall out till it almost touched (would not remain there for long), spraying starting fluid and lighting it (the explosion pushes the bead onto the rim). Very tough. If I had it to do over again, I would pay the extra for already mounted tires. Still, nice result.

    The tire I purchased has such a indent a...

    The tire I purchased has such a indent all around the tire that it would be hard to install on the 8-inch-wide rim and get it blown out enough to seat the bead. so, I am trying to stretch it out with an inner tube to make it easier to install and inflate.

    Tractor tires

    So far so good. Very happy with the tires, had them on for about a week and perfrom very nice with excellent traction. Would recommend to anyone and will buy again when i need to replace them.
