The condition and quality of the product was new and you could see that from how it was packaged in protective sheeting and plastic. Because the checkbooks per se are a little thicker, there is somewhat of a problem with the fold closing well, but then, when you use carbon sheets in the book, that could be the issue. Am pleaed with the product and there is value in its usage.
