Turned out to be $103 decoder rather than economy.
Comes with almost no instruction. Can be plugged in upside down and backwords. Refers you to a web site where the guy is seen more in the video than what his hands are doing. No closeups and he goes thru it very fast as if any idiot could do it. Then you find out you have to buy a pig tail to make it work and pay more shipping.

Nice little time and solder saver!
Works perfectly for locos like Athearn, some Walthers, and others that use the 9 pin JST connector. Each part can only be plugged in one way, I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. You only need the other pigtail if you are installing into a non DCC-ready loco. There are other products better suited for that instance. Would definitely recommend!
