Beautiful gentle comb. Shipped fast and great price. I bought this comb to replace an old comb that was losing teeth after so many years. Only negative comment that I have this comb is about half the thickness of my original 30 year-old comb. But hey… what can you expect? Nice comb all-in-all!

Swissco Handmade Comb .. Med.1674
I am a long time user of Swissco Combs and I was sad to learn that Swissco Handmade Combs are no longer hand made in Switzerland ... although they still state that the comb is handmade, it is jobbed out to foreign countries, like India. It appears that the quality seems the same but i do feel that the combs previously made in Switzerland lasted longer (just my opinion). Currently, everyone of my combs, after some use, breaks at the top of the handle near the base of the last tooth (see attached picture). It doesn't matter if the material they use to make the come is light white horn or dark tortoise color it still breaks at the same spot/place on the comb. I still enjoy and love the smoothness and strength of the teeth ... it does not snag onto the hair . This size of comb is very good ...
