If you make a mistake, the Velcro is so Good it is hard to pull apart and adjust, I have to use pliers to put apart, which is probably a good thing, but they feel great and supportive once on, even if I'm exhausted doing both... lol but Thank you anyway.

So I post it back and after month of waiting, no refund received, I message them and got told that they haven't received knee guard. I am not happy with this seller at all. I sent a message to Sam the seller. In description information seller said original packaging might be removed for standard post. I asked if it may get damaged in transit. Seller told me this item is sent in it’s original packing and will not get damaged in transit.The only original packing around it was a plastic bag. The plastic bag it was sent in was badly damaged and torn in the post. There was no damage to the item but there well could have been.I sent a message informing him.
