It was in a slip of plastic put in a little bag made of bubble wrap. Hopefully the watch was not damaged in transit. So far it's working, but it's a gift, so fingers crossed. Not sure how I will wrap it as it wasn't in a box or any kind of display package like the gray holder. I will say it was shipped promptly and delivered quickly.
