For emergencies only
You get what you pay for, which explains why this doesn't cost all too much. If you can stand spending several minutes to find the "sweet spot" for this capo to actually work, then by all means it is a capo you can use. With that being said, unless you find that spot on the fret, you're guitar is not going to play nicely on open strings. In my opinion, this one should be used only if you don't have any other option and you need one right now. Other than that; skip a few Starbucks coffees one month, and by yourself a more solid option.
