    Exact replacement

    This dog door flap nicely replaced an older warped flap. Much less air leakage now. Easy to install in the sliding glass door insert and works as expected. The magnets on the bottom of the flap work very well. The flap has already soldiered through 4 dogs in 9 days of constant use. Make sure you find the model # on the one you are replacing.

    Misleading picture.

    The replacement flap that I recieved is not the one that is shown in the picture. The flap was to small so I could not use it. I did not return it because I looked at it this way, If I had to pay shipping to send it back and a restocking fee, I wouldn't be getting very much back anyway. Although I am disappointed, I am planning on buying another one since I still need one. Although I received the wrong one, the flap I got was in good quality.

    Didn't know...

    This is great for a newer pet safe door: I thought I was getting a clear one. Didn't know it was a smoke-colored one. And wasn't aware of any changes in the door style. I'll have to drill out the section where the 'tabs' are before installation. Otherwise, it is a great door!

    Flaps don't close all the way.

    The flap does NOT seal. Cold air comes in. And this was a double flap dog door. These used to be a good door but in recent years they are just junk.
