The plug for this latch was not the same as original OEM. Modifications had to be made to the harness plug in order for it to work. Nothing is the same as it once was!!

    Original parts.

    1998 ford ranger extra cab right door latch. Dome lights and alarm work off of latch. Dealer wanted well over $100.00 for it. Received a brand new ford part for a much lower price. Great value.

    Perfect

    Great product. It seems every time I need a weird part, I can find it here. I have a 2001 Ford ranger and the part was a perfect fit. The only thing was the sensor plug was different. But I switched them out and it was super easy. Now my door works perfectly

    new locks

    The old ones are bolted in from the bottom and we're stuck shut it was a major problem trying to get the doors opened and took a lot of time and effort including front seat removal so I could get my big butt inside the truck. After cutting the rivets on top but I feel I got the door locks off and was able to change them it works excellent now. The new ones are exact fit
