USPS was delayed and I informed you of this and also let you know that USPS told me that they would know in a few days if I should send out a replacement or not. As soon as they let me know the chains were lost I sent you out the replacement and told you that they were on the way to you. Your package and only 1 other that I sent out with USPS in the past 4 years has been lost out of thousands of packages.
