Banjo was what looked like a open box return, even though description said new.Ripped open with a large hole and taped back shut. The worst part was that it was broken when arrived. It was broken in a way that couldn't happen in shipping.Item also arrived 3 days late, not the sellers fault other than choice to use USPS and not a reputable carrier like UPS or FEDEX. Probably won't buy from again if they even care.
