He accidentally sent me the wrong one and then when I let him know, he just said I'll send you the correct one and you can keep both. And then he went on and told me how I could modify the first one I got to be able to work. Super super helpful and went out of his way to educate me about the product. That is rare these days. Absolutely would buy from John again, 100% confidence. Great value.

The Postal Service completely destroyed my package, then re-packaged it and even added extra weird contents that must have fallen out of other packages. I informed the seller and they immediately responded, sent a brand new item. I initially ordered the wrong trigger guard and the seller was cool enough to re-send the correct item.
