This is an outstanding company for several reasons. First, their prices are good. Second, delivery is always prompt: this filter was ordered yesterday and arrived today. Third, the packaging is excellent--boxed well with appropriate packaging materials so that their filters arrived undamaged. Fourth, their communication is top notch.
