FYI: There are a lot of differences in the market about how these fittings are measured and advertised. Listed here as 1 5/8". This is the total length of the fitting from top to bottom (a.k.a. OAL; Overall Length). The product is bagged with a label that says 1 3/8". This is the length not including the threads.
In my case, the length was fine, and these fittings seem solid.

I replaced my U joints which have grease fittings Neither one of my grease guns will reach the grease fittings due to the diameter of the grease fitting adapter . I found these and will use them to grease the joints. I won't leave them in do to getting the driveshaft out of balance. A quarter inch socket will easily exchange the fittings. Thank you for the great price and fast delivery. I looked all over for these. It sure solved my problem of not being able to grease my u joints.
