    Great quality, excellent value, and the jacket arrived exactly as described. However, communication around returns and exchanges could be improved. I purchased the jacket at a special discount and wanted to exchange it for another color, but despite the seller’s free return policy, I was required to pay shipping for an exchange—which was disappointing. Additionally, they would not honor the original discounted price for the replacement. Because of this, I decided to shop elsewhere.
