    Overall a very good experience, with top-notch customer service. My order arrived incomplete, and the seller very quickly responded to my issue, and resolved it. This Barnett clutch system is one of the best available for motorcycles. I've had several of these over the year and found them to be durable, have good feel, and fit properly.

    Shipping was good although the box was destroyed. However they arrived in good condition and as described and such a good price i couldnt turn it down. I appreciate Fed Ex for contacting me about the packaging issue to see if I wanted them to Rebox them but I told them to just deliver them as is. They were fine with just the shipping label from from the original package. All is well

    Item shipped quickly and was packaged well. Product was as described and a good value. FedEx service delayed delivering the package for over a week once it reached the final hub which made for a very frustrating experience. This was a FedEx issue and not the seller as he did a very good job. Wished he had chosen UPS or USPS instead as they both give excellent service in my area.
