      three issues 1. I was told that I was outbid and the item sold. I moved on, I later received a confirmation of the sale saying the high bidder backed out and i was selected. CAN'T DO THAT 2. The shipping box was destroyed upon arrival. 3.The club has a [piece broken off in the shaft that rattles. The club is damages. send me your email and I will forward the video as I could not get it to load I will return the product and need a full refund.

      I'm very sorry your club was damaged during shipping. I've processed a full refund for you. Obviously, the shipping damage to the club was out of my control. Regarding your first point, if you are the second-highest bidder and the highest bidder backs out, the system recognizes you as the new highest bidder. It's not me. That's how ebay's system works..
