Their process is to mark the order shipped but not put any tracking on it. Then, after emailing them for several days, they put a tracking number that shows label created only, no movement at all. Then, weeks later, it shows “delivered” but it is clearly to another address in my city/state. The kicker is the picture on UPS shows a small FedEx envelope was delivered instead of the 20x40 box a drying rack would be in. Don’t bother

NOT RECOMMEND
