      Overall great experience. Item description was accurate and shipping was timely. Only issue was some minor damage to the plastic side of the TV from shipping. It was a bulky and heavy item and the seller put plenty of bubble wrap and other packing material for protection. I don’t blame them at all. It is a bit of a gamble shipping a large crt. I did not contact seller about it as it didn’t affect the functionality at all. Thank you!

      Although the item did arrive in a non-working condition, dealing with this seller was an Amazing Ebay Seller to work with. The item was shipped Immediately and wrapped and shipped with extreme care. When the Seller received the message that the item was not working Seller Immediately refunded the item and sent an apology note advising that I should not return the item but just to dispose of it: Even when the purchase terms required me to return the item at my expense for a refund.

      Item arrived as described and in stellar condition. Had to wait quite a while for this one between a delay on seller's end (understandable, had set vacation notice on page/listing) and lackluster service from FedEx. Value on the item and shipping cost could have been better, but understandable on software that's becoming more collectible/rare and higher ship costs in 2025. Would work with this seller again!
